The following pages are not a definitive guide and are not meant to be. They contain crags and routes that we enjoy and in some cases believe were the first ascents (we are happy to be contradicted!)
Some pages contain maps, some photos and some just small write ups (some contain nothing at all as we have not yet gotten around to writting anything!)
we hope you enjoy the routes and take care…
a few pointers (we are not trying to teach you to suck eggs):
- all routes are trad so do it the cornish way and do a proper job with a proper rack
- wear a helmet even on the granite cliffs there are loose blocks
- tell someone where you are going and what time you will be back (remember to let them know if the plan changes)
- know your ropework, if you go into an area make sure you and your partner have the skills to get out
- check the tides!! and the swell…..
- take a head torch
- if other climbers need help……….the please help!!
- check the weather some crags become very serious in high winds and rain!
Have fun……………………
